Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of welding processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines for accurate assessments.
- Perform quality control checks on welded components and structures.
- Analyze inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Collaborate with project teams to address any quality issues promptly.
- Implement QA/QC procedures to enhance overall welding quality.
- Maintain records of inspections and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welding Inspector or similar role in industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and standards related to welding.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
