Job Summary:
Mountain West Industrial (MWI) is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and industrial construction and maintenance projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial and industrial settings, a strong understanding of various construction technologies and systems, and the ability to manage teams and deliver projects on time and on budget. A working knowledge of OSHA and MSHA standards is essential for maintaining safety and compliance across all job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and field crews, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits to manage on-the-ground operations, inspect work quality, and ensure compliance with specifications, safety, and industry standards.
  • Ensure all project activities align with OSHA and MSHA regulations, conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of all phases of construction systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and MSHA standards and their practical application in industrial projects.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel and stay on-site if necessary for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing facilities, power plants, mission-critical facilities, semiconductors, refineries, or other large industrial facilities.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • OSHA certification, MSHA certification, or other safety training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
