Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine work requirements.
- Cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipes and fittings according to specifications.
- Install piping systems and equipment in compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate with welders, supervisors, and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Test and inspect piping systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a pipe fitter in industrial or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with tools such as pipe threaders, cutters, and benders.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel extensively for projects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in pipefitting or related disciplines (preferred but not required with extensive experience).
