Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager & Scrum Master to lead and drive success within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) project. This role is evenly split between project management (50%) and Scrum Master responsibilities (50%), requiring a strong balance of leadership, strategic execution, and Agile facilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Requirement:
- Proven experience in project management and Scrum Master roles, preferably within IAM or cybersecurity projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- PMP and CSM certifications are a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
