This is a unique opportunity for a talented Associate Graphic Designer to have an influence on one of the most innovative and exciting companies in the financial technology space.

You will assist with a wide variety of projects ranging from print and digital media to marketing and product collateral, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of design assets.

As an Associate Graphic Designer, you can expect to support and be part of our fast-paced, industry leading creative team, participating in the creation of visually compelling designs that align with our company's brand objectives, while becoming the primary liaison for coordinating in and outgoing department workflows.

Job Duties

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and a small team of skilled designers to develop assets for both digital and print materials, such as product white papers, case studies, brochures, social media design, email templates, presentation assistance, website elements, and more.
• Adhere to established design principles and company brand guidelines.
• Offer administrative design support by coordinating incoming projects and ensuring each task is properly assigned, prioritized, and tracked through an online company project management system for the creative team.
• Act as a liaison between project managers, designers, writers, and other creative team members, ensuring smooth workflow and preventing any tasks from being overlooked.
• Revise and refine design concepts based on feedback from other creative and brand team members, project managers, or other stakeholders.

Requirements

Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $71,000 to $85,250. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
