Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Design 3D drawings per customer specifications
- Effectively communicate with the customer about the design and obtain an approved drawing
- Detail drawings for engineering, production, and sales departments
- Create shop floor drawings
- BOM creation and maintenance
- Work in a fast paced and fun work environment
Qualifications (Must have either a degree or equivalent experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Degree may be substituted with 5 years of related experience.
- Preferred Experience with Degree
- 3 Years in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering
- Solidworks experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong technical skills.
- High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
- Ability to solve problems in a constructive and positive manner.
Work Environment:
- On-site in Jeffersonville, Indiana
- Relaxed dress code
- Office and manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- Hand dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Able to travel to vendor or customer sites by vehicle or plane
- Able to walk through the plant floor and communicate with the manufacturing team
