Position Description:

We are seeking a creative, collaborative and results-driven individual to join our B2B marketing team remotely. This full-time role focuses on enhancing brand presence through content creation and strategic initiatives tailored to the medical imaging industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong research, writing and editing skills with experience in SEO, digital platforms, and analytics to continually strengthen the online presence of MXR's products.


Location: Remote in US


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Web Product Page Development: Collaborate with the team to develop SEO-optimized product pages, while ensuring alignment with our product offerings and customer needs.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, informative materials across all platforms and for all stages of the customer journey, including educational resources, guides, and relevant product-focused content for decision-making.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize web product-based content for search engines to improve organic visibility and increase website traffic.
  • Digital Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with growth goals: focusing on increasing online visibility, advancing engagement and lead generation.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Leverage tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor campaign performance and translate learnings into actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Works closely with teammates and cross-functional teams to help develop marketing strategies that support business objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Messaging: Craft messaging that highlights our unique selling proposition.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines, tone, and mission in order to maintain a consistent and professional image.

Education/Experience:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and brand management, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Hands-on experience managing web platforms (ideally WordPress), including content updates, basic troubleshooting, and optimizing site functionality.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills that align with the brand persona and resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to help support marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools to evaluate marketing performance and refine strategies.
  • A team player mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively across departments as needed.
  • Creativity and a data-driven approach to developing impactful marketing strategies from planning through implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset and a stellar ability to adapt to ongoing changing demands.
  • Must show initiative alongside the ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities.
  • Provide additional interdepartmental support to teammates as needed.

Preferred:

  • BA degree in a relevant field or 3 or more years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Familiarity with the medical imaging industry or similar technical fields.
  • Knowledge of account engagement tracking platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web content updates.
  • Video creation and editing capabilities.
