Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care in a home setting with a focus on compassion and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough assessments to monitor patient stability, ensuring all physician’s orders are followed.
- Verify medication details, including dosage, administration time, and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, including complaints, vital signs, medications, and allergies.
- Educate and train family members on health promotion and necessary care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited nursing program. Licensed or certified professionals preferred, but we are open to considering candidates with relevant experience.
- Active LPN license in the state of practice.
- A minimum of 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Comfort with providing in-home care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Proficiency in EMRs and computer-based tasks.
- Experience with GTube, Trach/Vent care is preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
