Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social work and children, possessing knowledge of mental health, crisis management, and promoting positive behavior changes .
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing documentation
- Support crisis management situations effectively
- Collaborate with Therapist and Case Managers to provide optimal patient care
- Collect and maintain data for reporting purposes
- Provide one-on-one support to clients, helping them with daily tasks and reinforcing positive behaviors
-Assist clients in developing social, communication, and coping skills through structured activities and interaction
Experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges, preferably in a school, therapeutic, or community setting.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations requiring crisis management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
