My Auction Addiction Estate Sales assists clients with transitions including Estate Sales, Downsizing and Moving Sales or Business Liquidation sales via an online auction platform by listing items for sale online from with in the customers home. We are one of the largest volume Estate Sale Companies in New Mexico. We are hiring one more associate to begin training for the upcoming spring and summer busy season who is hardworking, reliable, honest, service and sales oriented and good with working with clients who many times are in difficult situations. There can be both physical and mental challenges to this job, and is not well suited to those that want something less demanding or easy. Or as Elon Musk put it "Employees that just want to clock in and clock out" Duties include organizing and inventorying estate sales, valuing and entering items into our software for online estate sales, monitoring sales and working with clients, and other assorted duties. You will also need to have an ability to identify wide ranges of re-sale goods from Antiques and Art, to tools or just about anything that is resold and appraise those items is important. Experience in Estate Sales and Auctions or the resale business is helpful, but not required. Must be a self-starter able to work on their own from location or the office, as well as be able to handle fast paced environments that may run for hours without stopping and be able to think on their feet. Must be friendly, compassionate and a good communicator and willing to answer a phone and email, as well as able to use a computer, various Microsoft Programs including excel, and online calendars. Our work can be challenging, but rewarding helping clients in transition, working in new places every day, and making unique discoveries. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys this type of work and is looking for work with more meaning, not just punching the clock. The job does carry with it responsibilities best suited for management or business owner type personalities.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
