Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative processes.
- Manage office staff and provide guidance to promote teamwork and productivity.
- Develop and implement organizational systems to streamline office functions.
- Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for various projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies effectively.
Requirements
- 2 years of accounting experience is a must.
- Dealership experience is preferred. Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Proficient in office software applications and administrative tools.
