Express Service Advisor

Job Summary:
We are looking to add an experienced Express Service Advisor to our team! This is a full-time position with full benefits. We offer an aggressive pay plan and the most flexible schedule in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with service appointments.
• Utilize service scheduling system to manage team workload.
• Respond quickly to the internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
• Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem solving skills
• Patience to cope with different customers’ personalities
