Your Opportunity:

This is a full-time in person position reporting to the President of Operations.  As a Creative Video Motion Graphic Designer, you create engaging digital animations and video content for targeted visual campaigns on social media and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality multimedia deliverables on schedule. The right candidate will have a background in digital design and an excellent understanding of branding and visual systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creatives—producers, directors, editors, and designers—to develop compelling visual narratives that align with brand messaging.
• Design and animate visual assets such as lower thirds, transitions, titles, logo animations, infographics, and explainer videos.
• Produce animated content for social media, YouTube, websites, and email campaigns.
• Transform static visuals into dynamic motion sequences using tools like Adobe After Effects.
• Create storyboards and animation outlines based on strategic goals and visual guidelines.
• Integrate motion graphics into long- and short-form video content in collaboration with video editors.
• Stay current with animation trends, visual storytelling techniques, and evolving motion design tools, including AI-based enhancements.
• Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and support post-production tasks like video editing and color grading.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain visual consistency.

Skill and Abilities:

• Proficient in motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D).
• Solid understanding of video editing workflows and storytelling principles.

• Strong design foundation with the ability to animate type, shapes, and visual elements in compelling ways.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced creative environment.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or related field (preferred)
• Three years of experience in motion graphics and animation
• Strong portfolio showcasing video storytelling and motion design skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and core design principles
• Knowledge of branding, visual systems, scripting, and storyboarding
• Familiar with video production equipment: cameras, lights, microphones, etc.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
