Your Opportunity:
This is a full-time, in person position reporting to the President of Operations. As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist you be responsible for managing CRM projects, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of customer engagement strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of CRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM tools, automation processes, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to drive CRM projects forward.
- Develop and maintain a CRM project roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
- Ensure CRM activities comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS.
- Write compelling and personalized copy for customer communications.
- Utilize Marketing Cloud, AWS Pinpoint, and Firebase to implement and track CRM initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on CRM campaign effectiveness.
- Act as the primary liaison between teams involved in CRM projects.
- Present CRM strategies, project updates, and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and customer journey optimization.
Skill and Abilities:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple CRM initiatives simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud, AWS Pinpoint, and Firebase.
- Excellent copywriting skills for customer communications.
- Deep understanding of CRM automation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
- Three (3 ) years of experience in CRM project management, digital marketing, or customer engagement, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS.
- Experience managing CRM tools and automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
- PMP certification or Agile project management experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
