Your Opportunity:
This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and product adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, compliance, product, and external agencies, to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Monday.com, Jira) to track and report project progress.
- Team Collaboration:
- Serve as the central point of communication between creative, compliance, product, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate team meetings, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Campaign Execution:
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Collaborate on messaging and strategy to ensure consistency across channels.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review campaign materials to ensure they align with the brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Analysis:
- Work with the analytics team to measure the success of marketing efforts using KPIs.
- Prepare reports and present key findings to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
- Required bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
- Three years of experience in project management within a marketing or advertising setting.
- Experience in fintech, neobanks, or technology-driven industries is a plus.
- PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
