Your Opportunity:

This is a full-time, in-person position reposting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. As a Video Content Creator, you will play a critical role in shaping MyBambu’s brand identity and storytelling efforts through high-quality video content. You will produce engaging, creative, and on-brand videos to drive customer engagement, product awareness, and trust. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong sense of visual storytelling, technical expertise, and a passion for creating impactful digital content. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to develop videos for web, social media, emails, and campaigns that resonate with MyBambu’s diverse, bilingual audience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content efficiently for web, emails, and social platforms.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and develop creative videos aligned with MyBambu’s advertising goals and branding standards.
• Identify and produce video stories that effectively support product messaging across various channels.
• Manage video projects end-to-end using Apple/Mac Products, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video animation software.
• Execute creative vision during post-production, including editing, audio design, animated motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing.
• Optimize video files for distribution by managing compression and encoding processes.
• Review raw footage to create logical and engaging video sequences, from rough to final cuts.
• Research and incorporate stock footage, music, and visual elements as needed to enhance production value.
• Create rough and final cuts, to ensure logical sequencing. Conduct color grading and audio mixing to videos.

Skill and Abilities:

• Exceptional sense of pace, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Apple/Mac software.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Skilled in operating video cameras, audio, and lighting equipment both on location and in studio settings.
• Capable of designing, transporting, and setting up production equipment for professional pre-recorded content.
• Ability to source and edit music with appropriate tone, rhythm, and timing for projects.
• Operates video cameras, mics, and lights on location or in the studio, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming.

• Research stock footage and stock photo elements for production and video needs.


Job Requirements:

• Must submit reel together with your CV.
• Proficient in Apple/Mac Products, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video animation software.

• One (1) year experience in postproduction skills of editing, rendering, and digital publishing.
• One (1) year experience in video content marketing.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
