POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS
The Lead Laborer will oversee one to two crews simultaneously with room to advance. As a lead, you must possess the ability to work independently and oversee turns, light construction, and other team projects to ensure quality and timelines are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Painting interior walls and trim
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Wall framing and repair
- Floor repair and replacement (LVT flooring cove base)
- Cabinet and countertop repair or replacement
- Caulking
- Vanity repair or replacement
- Bathtub removal and/or installation
- Light fixture replacement
- Interior and exterior door removal and installation
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- 4 years of general construction or remodeling experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven track record of strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
