Salary: $23 - $28 per hour

What You’ll Do:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring a seamless hiring process, supporting candidates and hiring managers, and contributing to a positive candidate experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Serve as a primary point of contact, providing candidates with timely updates
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and pre-employment checks
- Support onboarding by gathering documentation and facilitating new hire processes
- Travel to Columbus, Lancaster, and Springfield locations for interviews and onboarding
- Work closely with the recruiting team to improve hiring processes
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ATS experience preferred
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed
