We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy, focusing on evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
- Offer crisis intervention services to individuals in acute distress.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns in clinical practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within hospital settings to ensure integrated care.
- Engage in telehealth consultations to expand access to mental health services.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience working in inpatient settings or hospitals preferred.
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and formulating treatment plans.
- Knowledge of PTSD care strategies and interventions.
- Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and mental health counseling practices.
