Account Executive in Personal Lines Insurance responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop personal lines insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, on-line, by phone, and through written communication.
- Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow up, timely quotations, and general account support.
- Collaborate with team members, participate in agency marketing activities, meet/network with carriers and businesses, and attend agency functions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages to effectively secure new business and maintain existing client base.
Account Executive in Personal Lines Insurance experience
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in insurance or similar sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales processes, experience with Applied Epic is highly desirable.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
Account Executive in Personal Lines Insurance qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- Active P&C insurance license required prior to starting work.
- Candidates should have proficient computer skills.
