Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough home inspections with a commitment to quality, assessing structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports that support informed decisions, while showing empathy for clients' needs.
• Communicate professionally, fostering community by building trust and answering client questions.
• Use advanced tools like moisture meters and thermal cameras to dominate in delivering precise results.
• Demonstrate quality work ethic by consistently upholding our standards for quality and client care.
• Show coachability by remaining open to feedback and continually improving skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Tennessee Home Inspector License or ability to obtain it prior to start.
• Experience in home inspection, construction, or related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of home systems and structures, with attention to detail.
• Ability to use inspection software and digital reporting tools efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Sequatchie Valley and surrounding areas.
