Residential House Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including residential and airbnb settings. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and Airbnb properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
• Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote a safe environment for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of various floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is desirable.
• Ability to perform residential cleaning tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Must be physically capable of lifting moderate weights and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
