What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at My Corporate Expressions?
This individual must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. As the face of our company, this individual must possess a professional, motivated, and positive attitude in every customer interaction.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Enter sales orders and submit supplier purchase orders.
- Facilitate proof process.
- Track orders through production and delivery process to ensure timely delivery.
- Work directly with customers and suppliers to resolve order-related issues.
- Negotiate credits with suppliers to address order-related issues.
- Work with customers to complete product returns.
- Actively listen for and act upon upsell opportunities including sourcing, creating proposals and quotes directly to customers.
- Maintain customer and supplier information within database.
- Identify new sales opportunities within designated territory.
- Prepare and present pipeline reports to management team.
- Work closely with sales team
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience focused on customer service, order processing, marketing and/or inside sales
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with products, pricing, and policies
- Prior experience in the print and/or promotional products market(s), preferred, but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
