We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our private dental practice located in Bryn Mawr, PA.
Practice Location: The Dental Spa Main Line - 234 S. Bryn Mawr Ave, Ste 203, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010
Prior experience working in a dental office is required.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients: Complete patient check-in and paperwork

Provide treatment estimates and collect payments

Answering Phone Calls: Manage calls professionally, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries.

Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling.

Submitting Insurance Claims: Process and follow up on insurance claims.

Administrative Tasks: Handle office duties like maintaining records and preparing charts.

Basic Excel Reports: Track appointments and data using Excel reports.
Schedule:

Mon, Tue, Thu (8:15 AM - 4:45 PM)

Wed (minimum 4 hours)

Fri (8 AM - 1 PM)
Pay and Benefits:

Pay: $22-26/hour
