Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team at My Diabetes Tutor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and enjoys being out in the field, connecting with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing healthcare leads and collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth. Our main office is located in Hanford, CA, and we prefer applicants to be within an hour's drive from there.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Engagement: Actively visit and call healthcare facilities, including hospitals, private practices, and medical offices, to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, referral personnel, and management teams.
- Sales Support: Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential leads, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- CRM Management: Use Zoho CRM to monitor and track activities with healthcare facilities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.
- Marketing Campaigns: Support and track the efficacy of marketing campaigns using Zoho, providing regular performance reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to assess and address reporting needs, ensuring that all information is relevant and actionable.
- Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation and reports for both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing communication and understanding within the team.
- Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, respectful, and flexible work environment that promotes learning and enjoyment among team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the healthcare or telehealth sectors. Experience in calling on and engaging with doctor offices, medical offices, and health plans is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems like Zoho.
- Communication: Ability to convey information effectively to both clinical and administrative personnel.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to travel to healthcare facilities within an hour of Hanford, CA.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
