About the Role

We’re seeking motivated, fun, and organized professionals who are passionate about working with students with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, learning disabilities, anxiety, and processing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized remediation through academic support, games, and creative approaches.

• Assess learners informally, set goals, and track progress.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and allied professionals to provide holistic support.

• Communicate regularly with families, providing updates and strategies for success.

• Maintain accurate session notes and complete administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Certification as an Educational Therapist is preferred but not required.

• Experience in special education, tutoring, or learning support is highly valued.

• Ability to work IN PERSON in Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach.

• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

A Day in the Life:

• Meet with clients in-office or on Zoom.

• Build engaging, personalized plans to support learning.

• Track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

• Respond to emails, document sessions, and schedule appointments.

• Participate in team meetings to brainstorm ideas and share successes.
