Patient Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Patient Scheduling
- Data Entry, Electronic Medical Record System,Files
- HIPAA Compliance
- Insurance Verification, Copay, Coinsurance,Authorization and Deductible processing and collection
- Processing and Monitoring claims
- Monitors/Prepares documents and maintains records required for credentialing of providers with insurance organizations.
- Developing and Implementing Systems to help operations run smoothly
- Assuring that patient information is current
- Answering calls and Returning Calls
- Communicates with providers, groups, and organizations for referrals.
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
