My Family Steam Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is Part Time Saturday only.
This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, ready to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance to customers as well as setting appointments.
- Utilize computerized systems to document interactions and analyze customer inquiries.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly when required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions.
- Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date.
- Assist in making sure that carpet cleaning technicians, air duct cleaning technicians and area rug cleaning technicians have support in the field as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the Lead Customer Service Representative when needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer systems for data entry and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus, demonstrating reliability in financial transactions.
- A background in sales can enhance the ability to upsell products or services effectively.
