With more than just a focus on education, My Father’s World (MFW) is a missions training and Kingdom hospitality organization with a goal of equipping families to see the world through God’s eyes. Located in Rolla, MO, My Father’s World is currently seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our dedicated team, provide tender loving care for our gorgeous 340 acre property and multiple, multifaceted facilities, and to thoughtfully serve our employees and guests.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for upkeep and minor maintenance that will ensure that our building and grounds are an enjoyable environment that remains in excellent condition to serve our employees and guests well into the future.
To the qualified Property Maintenance Supervisor we offer:
- $50,000 - $60,000 salary, commensurate with experience

Primary duties of the Property Maintenance Supervisor:
- Supervising the Property Maintenance Technicians
- Ensuring all facilities and buildings are in excellent and operable condition
- Supervising grounds maintenance on the property and at the event center
- Identifying and managing problems together with team members
- Identifying and collaborating with team members on ways to improve the facilities, buildings, and grounds
Requirements for the Property Maintenance Supervisor:
