What You’ll Do
As a Finance Manager at My Financing USA, you’ll be the expert customers trust to guide them through financing options.
Your responsibilities include :
Engaging directly with customers to identify their needs and recommend financial products, including service contracts, GAP insurance, and extended warranties.Closing deals by securing financing approvals and negotiating the best terms with lenders.Driving revenue by collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and maximize profitability.Managing the transaction process, from deal submission to final paperwork, using platforms such as DealerTrack and Dealer Center.Following up with customers to upsell additional products, maintain strong relationships, and encourage repeat business.Staying informed on financial products, market trends, and emerging sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional with a passion for customer service and closing deals.
You’ll Bring :
Experience in RV, boat, power sports, or automotive sales finance.Extensive knowledge of how to structure complex retail sales financing deals.Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers.A results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.Strong coachability and a proactive eagerness to continuously develop and enhance sales skills.Solution-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams to ensure timely loan closures.Typing Proficiency : Must type at a speed of 60 words per minute or higher, with accuracy.Preferred Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in RV, boat, automotive, or power sports finance and sales.Proficiency with dealer systems like DealerTrack, AppOne, or similar platforms.What We Offer
