Position: HeliTour Coordinator
Job Overview:
As a key member of our Ground Operations team, you’ll play an essential role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, communicating with pilots, and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and brief passengers in a warm, professional manner.
- Escort guests to and from the helicopter, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Assist in coordinating tour bookings, ensuring accuracy with tours.
- Work closely with pilots and ground crew to ensure timely flight schedules.

Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for the entire shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to pass a drug test and national criminal background screening.

- A valid U.S. driver’s license.
