We are looking for someone who is interested and experienced in handle all the financial oversight and accounting process and procedures for our dynamic company.This person will be accountable for all the activities that affect the budgets and financial statements of our entity.This position will oversee a small accounting support team while handling many of the duties and tasks themselves.
We are looking for someone who will help us simplify the complex as we continue to grow in our niche in the flooring and kitchen and bath segments.All while supporting our core values of Good People, Confident without Arrogance, roll up your sleeves Rigorous, Grow or Die.

Duties
All financial, budget, accounting, banking, payroll and other cash and financial statement activities to keep the company on track.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience : Two years of experience in accounting or finance. T wo years of management experience.
- Skills :
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented and accuracy in work
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks
- Financial analysis and reporting capabilities
