Summary
Steel Frederick Group, LLC is our parent company for Legacy Services. The foundation of our company culture is the associate-created Social Contract. We are looking to hire a Team Member to help support our rapidly growing company.
Duties
This Operations Coordinator position is responsible for assisting our full-service and warehouse teams.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Shipping and receiving data entry.
- Work directly with full-service teams and installation contractors from start to finish of a job.
- Creating and maintaining documentation needed to load out crews and members with correct orders.
- Warehouse Inventory record keeping.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
- Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
- Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems.
- Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
