Duties
Responsibilities of the Salesperson role include:
- Meeting or exceeding all required sales goals and metrics.
- Ensuring showroom business development and sales strategies.
- Building and managing long-term customer relationships to produce exceptional results.
- Providing consistent leadership and an unwavering commitment to world-class customer service.
- Assist consumers to find best solution for their flooring needs in their homes.
- Pursue opportunities from incoming showroom, phone inquiries, and web leads.
- In-Home consultations and job scoping.
- Detailed estimate creation and closing sales.
GREAT candidates for the Salesperson position should have:
- A history of demonstrated success in sales and/or customer service.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and desire to exceed expectations.
