Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and conduct routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems.
- Service and maintain equipment, including furnaces, condensers, compressors, and ductless mini-splits.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport and clearly communicating with clients.
- Provide system education to clients, offering maintenance tips and best practices.
- Recommend upgrades or solutions to enhance clients’ home comfort and system efficiency.
- Accurately document all completed work, findings, and recommendations in service logs and reports.
- Ensure all tasks are performed to meet quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems.
- Strong mechanical skills and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Driven to achieve exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Capable of following instructions and completing tasks independently.
- Clean driving record (required).
- Valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate TBD based on experience.
