As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and prospect new commercial clients, building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their commercial requirements.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process, preparing quotes, presenting proposals, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to stay informed and identify new opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of products or services offered and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports on progress towards goals, forecasts, and key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local commercial market and industry trends is a plus.
