About Us : Our classes include a wide variety of age-appropriate activities. Examples include circle time, gymnastic stations, relays, preschool songs & dances, group games, puppet shows, obstacle courses, yoga poses, conditioning skills, and more! We are international franchise with locations all over the country and the world. We are recognized as a leader in offering fun early learning physical education programs for children ages 3 months to 7 years. Our owner, Dave Ames, owns the My Gyms in Norwell, MA and Braintree, MA. The Norwell location has been open since 2008 and our Braintree location opened recently in June of 2024.
