Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to join the team at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood. This is a 13-week local contract offering $68.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab, a solid understanding of cardiac procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the performance of invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment used during procedures.
- Prepare and monitor patients during catheterization procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and the medical team to ensure the best patient care.
- Document procedures accurately and timely, adhering to facility policies and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac CATH lab experience required.
- Charting: Altera experience is preferred but not required.
- Travel Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
- Local Radius: Allied/CNA candidates must be within 50 miles of the facility.
