What You'll Do:
- Perform Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Use your expertise to conduct thorough hearing assessments, select the perfect hearing aids, and ensure impeccable fittings. Aim high with our client-centric service model of Simply Excellent Hearing Care, targeting a minimum NPS score of 75.
- Create 'Wow' Moments: Dazzle clients by demonstrating hearing aids during annual evaluations, providing them with a personalized auditory experience they'll never forget.
- Personalized Recommendations: Combine test results with a client needs assessment to offer tailor-made solutions that maximize their hearing benefits.
- Manage Stock for Instant Gratification: Keep our hearing aid inventory ready for same-day fittings and trials, ensuring undecided clients don't leave without experiencing the best we offer.
- Routine Follow-Ups and Repairs: Keep clients happy with regular follow-ups, cleaning, checks, and on-the-spot hearing aid repairs.
- Expert Ear Impressions: Hone your skills in taking ear impressions, modifying earmolds, and recommending ALD accessories.
- Partner for Success: Work closely with your District Manager, Team Leads, and L&D to embrace new initiatives that will boost your center's revenue and impact more lives.
- Community Engagement: Build local connections to drive service demand and support marketing efforts, including outreach to physicians and participation in health fairs.
- Compliance and Professionalism: Adhere to all state license laws, FDA guidelines, and MHC policies. Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, outcome notes, and referrals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead in your field with ongoing professional development, mastering everything from consultative counseling to the latest in hearing aid technology.
- Travel: Splitting your days between Spokane, WA, and Coeur D'Alene, ID.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Professionals: Prior experience in an Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
- Licensed and Ready: Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in everything you do.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
