We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a resort hotel in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay
- Handle guest payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
-Sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
