Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, United States. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources
- Control the entire project life cycle.
- Management of the hardware product development and integration of the project.
- Vendor Management. Identify prototype manufacturing vendors.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Conduct project meetings and ensure clear documentation of decisions and action items
- Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to support proposal preparation and contract negotiations
- Implement and maintain best practices in project management methodologies
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment to drive project success
