Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a client project in Hanover, MD. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a core business analyst role and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires a strong ability to engage with diverse business and operations stakeholders to drive project success.

• Collaborate with business and operational teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive business solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Support change management and training efforts as needed.

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a core BA role (not QA or Development).
• Strong experience working with business and operations teams in gathering and analyzing requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in digital media or a similar industry is a plus.
