We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a client project in Hanover, MD. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a core business analyst role and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires a strong ability to engage with diverse business and operations stakeholders to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business and operational teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive business solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Support change management and training efforts as needed.
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a core BA role (not QA or Development).
- Strong experience working with business and operations teams in gathering and analyzing requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in digital media or a similar industry is a plus.
- Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in the office).
