We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a client project in Hanover MD. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a core business analyst role and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires a strong ability to engage with diverse business and operations stakeholders to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business and operational teams to gather analyze and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
- Facilitate meetings workshops and discussions to drive business solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Support change management and training efforts as needed.
