Full job description
Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator-Project Manager to join our growing team at our Electric division in Cleveland, Ohio.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recognize, handle, and process incoming requests for quotations, information, etc.
- Spend approximately 80% of your time estimating and 20% in the field.
- Manage administrative and direct labor work while overseeing projects.
- Interface with clients and contractors during pre- and post-tender applications to develop effective business relationships.
- Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
- Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Manage and mitigate risks.
- Comply with The State Group's standards and operating procedures.
