My Independence at Home provides home care services to the elderly and adults with disabilities in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties and is looking to fill the Scheduler position . Details of this role are listed below:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling caregiver call outs during non-business hours and filling shifts for:
-Last minute call outs
-Staff and/or schedule changes
- Reconciliation of client schedules
- Entering data into our client management system
- Coordinating transportation for caregiver staff when needed
- Other duties as assigned

What do you need?
- Minimum 2 to 3 years call center experience a plus but not required
- Sales experience a plus but not required.
- Comfortable engaging people on the phone.
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Minimum of 2 years or more experience as a scheduler/coordinator.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in homecare a plus but not required
- HS Diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid ID
