We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on Builders, Wholesalers, Fix & Flip Clients and the everyday home owners needing to upgrade their door package. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling and knowledge of Iron Doors, have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the construction process. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts within the door industry to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the territory.
- Utilize Odoo to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Engage in direct sales efforts through outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that align with market needs.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Monitor retail sales performance and implement strategies to enhance product visibility and availability in stores.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in territory management and account management within the building or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market analysis.
- Become Proficiency in Odoo or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Experience in retail sales, technical sales, outside sales, or direct sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
