Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on Builders, Wholesalers, Fix & Flip Clients and the everyday home owners needing to upgrade their door package. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling and knowledge of Iron Doors, have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the construction process. This role involves managing a designated territory, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective account management and business development strategies. Commission plus bonuses to increase your income and lifestyle

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts within the door industry to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the territory.
  • Utilize Odoo to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Engage in direct sales efforts through outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that align with market needs.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
  • Monitor retail sales performance and implement strategies to enhance product visibility and availability in stores.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in territory management and account management within the building or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market analysis.
  • Become Proficiency in Odoo or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience in retail sales, technical sales, outside sales, or direct sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
