- QA Lead experience
- Automation - they use WebDriver but open to other tools
- Salesforce experience
- Participate in agile practices and ceremonies through scrum team planning sessions, user story refinement with other scrum team leaders.
- Create Test Strategy/Plan Document for user stories and larger scale efforts (Feature(s)/Epic) (working closely with Business to ensure full coverage of acceptance criteria to be met during testing).
- Background with end-to-end testing process and methods in Salesforce environment including System Integration. Adhere to best practices in testing while continuing to improve the quality and productivity.
- Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review, and user group meetings for quality assurance.
- Ability to perform sprint demos with business partners and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of test data requirements, planning, and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios.
- Participate in planning and execution of off-hour production releases as needed.
- Coaching, mentoring, and leading team members - including coordinating the testing between resources located onshore and offshore.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Works under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years' experience scripting and QA testing with some experience in the Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds.
- Understanding of the QA practice as it applies to the Agile lifecycle.
