Job Description :
Omni Studio & Health Cloud in mandatory for the role
- Agent / Service Health Cloud: For Support Reps supporting Patients and Providers
- Patient / Experience Health Cloud: For Patients engaged in therapies and treatments
- Seller / Sales Cloud : For Field Sales Reps supporting Providers
- Data Services / Data Cloud Health Cloud Integrations: For data migrations/externals systems integrating to Salesforce
Consulting Expertise
- Ability to lead and guide client conversations and workshops
- Design solutions to align with Salesforce best practices
- Take direction from Core Business Architect
- Development support for squad activities with respect to requirements traceability, functionality, etc.
- Coordination with Squad QA Analyst for test execution & bug/defect tracking/remediation
- 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce solutions and technical architecture
- Strong knowledge of Health Cloud data models
- Experience in implementing HIPAA compliance
- Proven expertise in large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Salesforce Certifications: Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, OmniScript (Consultant / Developer), Sales/Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Architect, AI Specialist (a plus)
- At least 3 year of experience in the Pharmacy or Life Sciences industry
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI data security, etc.)
- Familiarity with Provider Networks, Claims Processing, and Patient Journeys
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI, GxP, CSV, etc.)
