Job Description

Tasks & Duties
- Manage the delivery of WMS reports produced on the State's NYC Production and End-user Mainframes to the HRA end-user community via both the Client Enterprise Output Management application and the LRS PageCenter application.
- Install, configure, manage and troubleshoot 100 Windows-based Servers including Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008.
- Install, configure, manage and troubleshoot 50 Windows-based user PCs including Windows XP and Windows 7.
- Manage the operation, installation and configuration of Windows-based DNS Servers and their associated databases.
- Liaise and coordinate with multiple state and city agencies to resolve issues.
- Train staff on new policies and procedures.
