As a Women's Clothing Store, the Retail Sales Associate will have to provide exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. The job entails a variety of responsibilities, which include:
1. Greet and assist customers in a timely, friendly and courteous manner.
2.Help customers find and select products that meet their needs.
3. Provide product knowledge to customers and educate them about the features, benefits, and availability of the products.
4. Operate cash registers, and process credit card transactions.
5. Maintain accurate inventory and assist in the receiving and stocking of merchandise.
6. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
7. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
